Enrolments: Application for Enrolment
Application for a place at St. Mary’s Coptic Orthodox College must be made on the prescribed form available from the Office or you can download to your computer directly. You may now also fill in the application form online here
Students for classes from Prep to Year 3 inclusive will be given a decision as soon as the following has occurred
Reports from previous school have been seen
Teachers of relevant grades have been organised and notified.
Buses have been arranged if required
A phone call to parents by the Secretary will be made informing them of the decision. This will be no later than the following day.
At this stage Parents will be invited to school to meet with the Principal and Bursar to arrange financial details and also with the uniform shop attendant and a day to start school will be arranged
Students from Years 4 to 12. will be given a decision as soon as the following has occurred.

An entrance test completed
Teachers of relevant grades /years have been organised and notified
Buses have been arranged if required.

Successful students will then be invited to the school to meet with the Principal, School coordinator, the bursar to arrange financial details and the uniform shop attendant and a day to start school will be arranged.
Students applying for enrolment at St. Mary’s Coptic orthodox College will be expected to produce the necessary information from previous schools as well as current reports, immunisation certificates and an enrolment fee of $100
